Mobile phone support, or the lack thereof

Fast forward to 2009, and the number of phone subscribers worldwide has increased by 3.3 billion, equivalent to half the world's population. No doubt, many people will have more than one phone, and some more work, but you get the picture. In other words, the phone has become a common tool on the planet.
Intended only as a way to communicate while on the go, mobile phones now have more articles of phone calls and send messages. These range from simple things like a camera, stopwatch, alarm and calorie counter, for more hard work such as Internet browsing, video editing and streaming live TV
The main problem I have is that the level of education is light-years in which the need to follow the pace of technology that runs on. Each time the manufacturer launched a new phone, they brag about the latest features, another piece of new technology for people to learn how to use. Or more precisely, according to research recently, an amazing piece of technology and kuwavurugia people until they get so frustrated they just stopped trying to find out.
That with advances in technology have all become valuable, the way people are taught how to use the phone must be changed. When you buy a cell phone in the shops, you can be accommodated by a very large sales, which can teach all of your phone can do. However, with so would mean using the hour for each client, and only t ISN acts. Contained in the instruction manual box is more often than not written a bad time, can not be understood, and therefore both completely ignored or thrown across the room in frustration.
Thus, the current system of open education is not to be working, the technology has changed, so the way people should be taught how to use it.
