Location of the phone - part 1 - how to work to enable location-based invoices, advertising, and services

There are four main ways that this can be done:
GPS
If the phone has a GPS chip set in it, the GPS receiver can be used to search the phone. GPS is based on the Constellation of 24 satellites that orbit the earth.
