What is VOIP, and especially how do you use?

Before deciding on the plan carefully review what they offer. There may be penalties if you join the service and then decide depending on what you do not cancel. Look to see if there is installation or set-up costs. When you select a plan, AOL will send you everything you need to change your phone number and use on your computer to make and receive telephone. If you have problems in setting up AOL Total Talk VoIP service, you can contact their technical department services 24-hour days and would be happy to assist you through the process and make connections.
