How Circuit ocx cost and what factors that determine these costs? This is a difficult question. One of the things that needed to OC-x level of bandwidth (ie, OC3, OC12, OC24, OC48, OC96, OC192 & above) is a fiber connection, because the bandwidth can not be maintained on the copper. (When the copper is more than adequate and can meet the carrier SLA (Service Level Agreement) for any of the T1 up to and including full DS3).
